  • 30g carrot, sliced into thin slivers
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chicken powder
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cooking wine
  • 1 pinch white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • OPTIONAL: Sichuan peppercorn oil for additional spice
  • OPTIONAL: Cilantro (for garnish)
